James D. Fogarty,  Chairman of the Board of Directors  (B.S., Chem. Eng.,  Worcester Polytechnic Institute, 1961).  In the year 2011,  Jim will mark his 50th year that he has been continuously involved in all aspects of extrusion of foamed polymers.  This includes manufacturing, research and development, designing cutting edge technology and equipment, and consulting on a world-wide basis through Plastic Engineering Associates, a firm he founded in 1968. His clients have sought him out the world-over for plant design, technology assistance & transfer, and everything else that is associated with foamed polymers.  Jim has been married to his wife Shirley for 55 years and they have five children and seven grand-children.

David J. Fogarty,  Director, CEO, President, B.S.C.  Accounting, Bentley Business College (1983), M.B.A. Florida Atlantic University (1994). David began working with his father as a teenager and he hasn't stopped yet.  His 35 years of experience in the foamed polymer extrusion business, coupled with his extensive business background, bring formidable assets to bear on improving your business's bottom line with Turbo-Screws® screws.  David graduated #1 in his class in obtaining his masters degree.  David is married to his wife Maureen and they have three children. 

Bill Fogarty, Esq.,  Director,  Vice President, B.B.A. Banking & Finance, University of Mississippi (1981) Juris Doctorate,  University of Mississippi (1984).  Bill graduated from University of Mississippi Law School with several honors, including Moot Court Board (Vice Chairman Trial Division), and American Jurisprudence Awards in Products Liability, Local Government Law and Remedies of Law. Bill practiced at the defense firm of Daniel, Coker, Horton & Bell, P.A. in Jackson, Mississippi and in 1986 moved to Florida where he started his own law firm. 

Matthew A. Fogarty, Director, Vice President Technology/CAD/MIS (A.A. Computer Programming), Palm Beach Community College, 1986). Matthew has been involved with Plastic Engineering Associates Licensing, Inc. since the inception of the company and brings valuable programming skills to bear upon the technology driven company.  He is conversant in Basic, C+, Pascal, COBOL, Assembler, RPG, and Auto-Cad to name a few. Matthew heads up the CAD department at the company.
